I’m subletting my beautiful 3-room apartment in Länggasse with a balcony (first floor) from mid december to mid february. The rent is exceptionally low compared to similar apartments with all invoices (internet, serafe, etc.) CHF 1800.

This is a fully furnished apartment and ideal for a couple, especially those new to Bern or coming from abroad. Everything is already organized—furniture, internet, and more—so you won’t have to worry about setting up anything. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable.

The location is great: the post office, three supermarkets, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a bar, and a gelateria are all within a 5-minute walk.
