Full Stack Developer (Hybrid/Zürich)

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in realizing our vision of becoming the No. 1 point of contact for renting and leasing offices globally. By building a state-of-the-art ecosystem, you will give all participants in the office market closer access to each other and facilitate transactions that benefit everyone, making them stronger together. In addition, you will work closely with the founder team to execute the company's product and technical vision.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the tech team in building a highly scalable and performant platform
• Ensure the platform is designed to give all participants in the office market closer access to each other
• Facilitate transactions that benefit all participants in the office market
• Act as a technical mentor to the development team
• Take ownership of the platform's technical direction
• Work closely with product, design teams and the founder team to deliver new features and improve existing functionality
• Continuously improve the development process and work environment

Your Qualifications:
• Strang experience with Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL and AWS
• Strang experience with React and other modern front-end technologies

• Strang communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies
