🗓 Sundays | ⏰ 19:00 – 20:30

📍 Yoga2Be Studio, Rötelstrasse 32, 8006 Zürich

As the week begins to soften into stillness, Sunday evening invites us to slow down, exhale deeply, and return to ourselves.
Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute journey of Restorative Yoga and a healing Sound Bath, designed to help you release accumulated tension, recalibrate your nervous system, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Supported by bolsters and blankets, you’ll melt into calming postures while your breath softens and your body unwinds.

Then surrender to the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments, allowing sound to guide you into a state of deep rest, clarity, and inner balance.
This session is your Sunday sanctuary — a gentle pause between what has been and what is yet to come. A space to let go of the noise, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and step into the new week feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
🌿 Why join?
To calm your nervous system and dissolve stress

To release mental and emotional tension

To reconnect with your inner world in a quiet, nurturing space
