Zukunft is a bit like one of those characters in films that just refuse to die. But this weekend really is the final chapter and, to coin a local phrase, they are going to go «steil». The last club opening takes place at 10pm and they seem to have enough DJ’s to keep going into the next century, let alone the next day. Your very last chance to visit a Zurich institution.

Outdoor clothes are seriously expensive and you really don’t want to have to replace a jacket, rucksack or even a tent because a zip is broken.

Or nicking a hole in a super-expensive ski jacket. I know this because this is precisely what happened to me - the ski jacket is only a couple of months old.
