Dance over Lunch

Dance Over Lunch. We know that in the hustle and bustle of daily life, we often forget to take a moment for ourselves. That's why we're offering dance classes over lunch, both for you and for ourselves :). It's an hour dedicated to taking a break, focusing on your body, moving, expressing yourself through music, and letting go of those stressful thoughts. We are close to Zürich HB at Militärstrasse 84.

We have a class on Tuesdays at 12:15 (Solo Jazz) and a new class starting on September 27th, Wednesdays at 12:15 (Solo Jazz). Both classes are open Level, so everybody is welcome :)!

Lindy Hop Beginner Classes

New Lindy Hop Beginner Classes starting November 2023. Tuesday or Thursday 18:00 close to Zürich HB. You don't need any experience or a partner to join this Course. You will learn the basics of Lindy Hop in both roles. Registration is open now :).

Lindy in a day

In this course you will get to know Swing music, Lindy Hop and us. You will have a chance to dance a lot and to take a glance at the Lindy world. For this course you will not need any prior knowledge or Partner. Even if you think you have two left feet, you are still very welcome to join us :D!
