Dance Over Lunch. We know that in the hustle and bustle of daily life, we often forget to take a moment for ourselves. That's why we're offering dance classes over lunch, both for you and for ourselves :). It's an hour dedicated to taking a break, focusing on your body, moving, expressing yourself through music, and letting go of those stressful thoughts. We are close to Zürich HB at Militärstrasse 84.
We have a class on Tuesdays at 12:15 and Wednesdays at 12:15. Both classes are open Level, so everybody is welcome :)!

Lindy Hop Beginner Classes
New Lindy Hop Beginner Classes starting November 2023. Tuesday or Thursday 18:00 close to Zürich HB. You don't need any experience or a partner to join this Course. You will learn the basics of Lindy Hop in both roles. Registration is open now :).

From time to time we offer free Lindy Hop crash courses. The next one is on Friday 6.10.23, 20:00 - 20:30 at Militärstrasse 84, 8004 Zurich. You don't need to register and you can come without a partner or any experience. We also welcome people with two left feet ;). Get to know swing dancing and us. If you like the dancing, you can stay for the party with live band.
