Dance Over Lunch. We understand that in the hustle and bustle of daily life, we often forget to take a moment for ourselves. That's why we're offering dance classes over lunch, both for you and for ourselves :). It's an hour dedicated to taking a break, focusing on your body, moving, expressing yourself through music, and letting go of those stressful thoughts. We are close to Zürich HB at Militärstrasse 84.

We have a class on Tuesdays at 12:15 (Solo Jazz) and a new class starting on September 27th, Wednesdays at 12:15 (Lindy Hop). For both classes you don't need a partner or Experience, just come as you are :)!

Lindy Hop class for beginners. In this course you learn both roles. You don’t need any experience or a partner to register. You are also very welcome with two left feet ;).

Solo Jazz Beginners - Thursday:

In Solo Jazz Beginners you will learn with Luciano the basics of moving to swing music on your own. This includes the well-known steps like the Charleston, the boogies back forward and drops or Suzie Qs. Topics such as improvisation, musicality, rhythm or choreos are all part of the course. You don’t need any experiences to join this course. You’re also very welcome with two left feet ;).
