The workshop provides a safe and powerful container for exploring multiple states and levels of consciousness through lived, embodied experiences.

The workshop is rooted in models and neuroscience of consciousness, theories of emotions and embodied mind, emotional intelligence, embodied cognitive science, integral psychology, phenomenology and modern epistemology, and uses the theoretical and practical approaches of Azul conscious dance, Authentic Movement method, and other somatic practices.

Useful for everyone who wants to experience a state of elevated awareness and perception.
