Hier die zweite Version! Hello again, Thank you very much for your fast reply. Because of the distance I decided together with my mother to use a neutral third service company that will allow us to complete the deal safely and fast. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers. I have already signed a contract to use their services. They can take care about the viewing, keys delivery, payment, and they are offering assistance and protection for both, landlords and tenants. Hopefully this will be feasible for you. If you decide to proceed with this rental transaction, I will have to contact MoneyBookers and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process right away (keys and legal documents). I will need your: Full Name and Address for that. You will receive a notification from MoneyBookers shortly after that, together with all the instructions to follow. The keys and rental contract will be delivered to your address in no more than 24h. You will be given a 3-days inspection period from the day you receive the keys and contract at home. If you decide to rent the apartment, then you will have to sign the contract so I can receive the payment from MoneyBookers. If you will not be satisfied with the apartment, you will have to send the keys/contract back through the same service and you will receive a full refund. I think this is more than fair for both of us and it is good to know that you do have this second option available. The move in cost in total is the first month's rent + rental guarantee (bond) CHF 1'500.- + CHF 1'500.- = CHF 3'000.- If you wish to proceed with renting the apartment, please provide me your Full Name and Address and also a phone number (mobile if possible), so I can initiate the process through MoneyBookers right away. I also want to confirm that I won't get any money until you view the apartment and decide to rent it. Danke für die Meldung, hab heute Abend genau sone Mail bekommen. Das Angebot kam mir ohne dass er was von Moneybookers geschrieben hat ziemlich spanisch vor. Die Leier war aber die selbe, Eltern haben sich geschieden und konnte Wohnung nicht verkaufen - deshalb suche er nun einen netten Mieter. Schlüssel habe aber nur er, Wohnung sei sofort beziehbar nach Schlüsselerhalt. Sein momentaner Aufenthaltsort in England - London! Also Leute - finger weg! Danke waiskais!!!
