Nobody can do it for you! You seem to have access to the internet, so all you need now is will. Believe me, you can do it! and... about you comparing muslims to nazis!! You are not a peaceful person and you really urgently need help!!! @PetraH I understand you, but it's unfortunatly not as simple. A low carbs diet is about diet only, a vegan diet is also about ideology: maximise the respect of other life-forms, health, environment protection, stop world hunger, non-violence, any many more reasons. And you can already do a lot, without needing to go as far as vegan. A vegetarian lifestyle is already a huge step: http://www.goveg.com/theissues.asp And to summarize, why most people go vegan:

Well, i'm just in the same case as you, getting the same kind of amazing comments as here in the forum.. :) The only advice I can give, is to stick to your beliefs and strenghen your frame by reading the more you can about the subject. Recommend some good lectures to your friends and hopefully someday their brain will start functioning aswell. But don't lie about your choices, ashamed should be the meet-eaters, and believe me, deep inside they are, otherwise they wouldn't be disturbed by our lifestyle. Remember, being vegan isn't only about food, it's a lifestyle, a combat for change in the way we interact with other people, other beings and the environment. You can proudly announce that you have decided to be part of the change and not one of those who are stuck in their primitive belief patterns. I am also quite sure there must be a vegan association in your city, where you could meet like-minded evolved spirits. Good luck.
