Step 1: Find an iPhone ringtone app
Apple makes its ringtones available in the settings, but if you're looking for something unique, you might want to consider ringtone apps available in the App Store. The App Store has many apps that offer free ringtones for iPhone. When choosing an app, pay attention to user ratings and the number of downloads, which will help you find a safe and popular app.
Examples of apps for creating and downloading ringtones include:
ZEDGE - a popular app that offers ringtones, wallpapers, and other themes.
Ringtones Maker - allows you to create ringtones from your own music files.
Step 2: Download a ringtone to your iPhone

Step 4: Transfer the ringtone to iPhone using iTunes
If you are using a computer to convert the file, the next step is to transfer the ringtone to your iPhone. Connect your phone to your computer via USB cable and open iTunes.
In iTunes, go to the Devices section, select your iPhone, and then go to the Tones tab. Drag the M4R file to iTunes, and then sync your iPhone with iTunes to add the new ringtone to your device.
