Looking for flatmate for our business apartment in Zurich – very central, high quality standard

We (F32, F31) are looking for a flatmate in our business apartment. Our flat is located in the trendy new Europaallee. It is very central, right next to HB. Everything you need under normal circumstances is within walking distance (e.g. Bahnhofstrasse, Langstrasse, restaurants, bars, cafes). As it´s Corona-times, you are on the 6th floor and have a lovely view on the surroundings.

The flat is nicely furnished and fully equipped. Your room is like a separate apartment within the flat with its own bathroom (including shower). You also have your own refrigerator in the kitchen area. The room is furnished with the basic amenities that you need (bed, cabinet, wardrobe).

We are looking for a like-minded person who – apart from enjoying a clean and tidy apartment – likes the fun things in life, i.e. hanging out with friends, meeting new people, travelling, going out.

The room is available as of March 2021. The rent is CHF 1900/month, it includes internet, weekly cleaning, tv. Should you only need the room during weekdays (Sunday eve – Friday eve) the price is CHF 1500/month.
