Room to rent from January to April

Hey all,

I'm subletting my room in my amazing flat in wipkingen. Date is from January to end of April, whereas I can be a bit flexible as well.

The room itself is very big (ca. 20 m2) and is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a table, chair etc.

The flat, third floor, is very big, very luminous and even has a view on the Uetliberg! The location is perfect, as it is just 2 minute from the Wipkingen station, and as such very close to many restaurants, cafés, etc.

You will be sharing the flat with my flat mate, Mats, a 28 years old software engineer, with nice hobbies like pottery and beach volleyball. He is mostly out at work during the day. But we generally make time on the week-end to go out for coffee or to make one at home with his nearly professional set-up (he is a big coffee fan). As Mats is also a friend, I would like someone who also values creating this type of relationship with their roomate:)
