Student/Temporary Job in Office Management & Administration (hourly)
Position: Office Management & Administration Assistant (Temporary/Hourly Contract)
Hourly Rate: 33 CHF (gross, including a 10.64% compensation for holiday entitlements)
Location: Zürich (Albisriederstrasse 243A)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated student or temporary worker to support our office operations on an hourly basis. This position involves a mix of administrative tasks, office management, and hands-on coordination for an upcoming office move. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily office management tasks and administrative duties, such as:
• Scanning invoices and filing documents
• Filling out various forms and processing paperwork
• Support the planning and coordination of our office relocation, including:
• Taking inventory and organizing items for the move
• Managing the sale of office furniture
• Gathering offers from moving and cleaning companies
• Assisting with packing and preparing the office for transition
Requirements
• Language: Proficiency in German (required) and good English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in office management or administration is a plus
Location & Work Arrangement
While some tasks may be completed remotely, the majority of the work will need to be conducted on-site at our Zürich location on Albisriederstrasse 243A. We anticipate approximately 10 hours of work per week, though this may fluctuate based on project needs. We are committed to offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
Contract Duration
We will need support until at least December, with the possibility of extending the contract beyond this period if additional needs arise.
