For 20 bucks there is Danish inspired food, music and…wait for it folks…bottomless drinks. Vær så god!

Friday is my favourite day of the week but Australina clothes label Deus will at least try to make your Thursday Super Ok. From 5pm you can enjoy a drink in their shop whilst you peruse their wares and if you are feeling a little peckish…free hot dogs. Sounds better than Super Ok to me…

In September i had the great fortune to attend the premier of the film, Watson (which i wrote about here,) as part of the Zurich Film Festival. This Wednesday Kosmos are providing an opportunity to check out the amazing story of Sea Shepherd founder Paul Watson and his fight to protect the worlds ocean habitats. Did you know that Zurich boasts one of the leading theatres in the German speaking world but it’s a bit empty and meaningless if you can’t understand a word of what’s going on stage. Well that’s set to change as the Schauspielhaus Zurich (at a cost of around 200k,) are now introducing English subtitles to their productions in order to make it more accessible to the enormous number of English speakers living in the city. Now the crumby old excuse of «I don't know what they're talking about,» wont wash.

Okay, i must hang my head in shame. I’ve been keeping this place a secret because i love it so much but now i’m going to let the cat out of the bag. If you are a lover of cocktails you can do a lot worse than checking out Raygrodski in the Lochergut area of the city. They do a whole selection of amazing drinks but for me the USP is the, rather unusual, Tom Kha Ray, an alcoholic version of the Thai soup.
