Even though this heat makes my brain a little loopy, i’m still ready to celebrate this weekend. And you know what i'm most excited about? It's finally here! This Saturday, we celebrate the 10th Annniversary of Rooftop Day. It's a day of lights, laughter, music, grilling, meeting new friends and enjoying the sun. This week is one of celebration! There’s Rooftop Day (have i mentioned Rooftop Day yet?!), when the city comes alive with the sound of music (insert a Julie Andrews-esque voice) and the Wipkingen OpenAir kicks off. The small, English bookshop «Pile of Books» celebrates its re-opening with a party. Cool off at the theatre, try a refreshing drink from one of the bars on my summer bar list, or say goodbye to Frieda’s Büxe for the summer. It’s happening again! The second Ron Voyage event of the season. As usual, there will be a super cool, secret location with a couple of super cool, secret bands. Tickets are still available for Wednesday so be sure to grab yours. If you miss out this time, you’ll have one more chance in August.
