Well Ronsters, another year and Switzerland got a little bit older. I hope you enjoyed celebrating the 1st of August, wherever you ended up. As for me, to celebrate this final month of summer (where does the time go?), i'll be heading off for vacation for two weeks. But don't worry, i won't leave you in the lurch! I've put together some things for you to do in the upcoming weeks, as well as a gig list for August. So sit back, relax, soak up the sun while you can and as always

The next few weeks gives you a good reason to get out of town, but if you decide to stay, there is art and theatre by the lake and one of the last opportunities to catch an outdoor film. And don't forget to check out the gig listicle for this month (if you need a break from all the day raves).

11th August: Europaalle Blooms with the Openair Cinema
12th August: Street Parade takes over the city
17th August: Theaterspektakel lands and Landiwiese
18th August: Head to Baden for the terrifying sounding Badenfahrt

Yep, this is the big one. Bigger than Züri Fäscht? Probably! A day of dancing, drinking and er… the other «D» thing that i probably shouldn’t mention here. I am talking about the glitter fest that is Street Parade of course. If you are unfamiliar with the parade, the «Love Mobiles» and the party in Sechseläuteplatz then you are in for a treat. But the other great thing is that, after the main event, the clubs all open for one wild night.
