Dive into tastings and masterclasses while mingling with fellow wine enthusiasts. Cheers to a week of flavour exploration! There’s a lot going on so make sure you check out their website. I must admit that i am not that familiar with Kenyan cuisine but a new pop-up will cure that. SUYA, which is based in the bar Exer just off the Langstrasse is offering a celebration of Kenyan culture with a Tavolata of classic Kenyan dishes, (which are vegan by the way,) but with a couple of items for those that just cant give up meat. The pop-up will run from today until Saturday week so don’t delay and book a table today.

Have you ever wondered why, as you get older, time seems to pass so much faster? The other day, someone sent me a fascinating illustration of why our perception of time changes as we age. The digital project by Maximillian Kiener, based on the theories of French philosopher Paul Janet, invites you to scroll through and understand why kids ask, "Are we nearly there yet?" while adults complain that time seems to be rushing by faster and faster. It also reminds you that time is precious and should be spent doing meaningful things rather than just browsing the internet. But it’s still fun!
