Recently, I’ve been checking to see if my newsletter ever lands on a day of special significance. Today, it does! It’s Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, and although there seems to be some confusion over the actual date, my, (admittedly very limited,) research suggests that it is, indeed, today. One tradition of Diwali is to rid the home of evil, which, in my case, means cleaning out the fridge and my laundry basket. Maybe we should come up with a similar idea here and call it… I don’t know, Ballomeen, Walloheen, or something like that. What do you think?

So, Ronster, what does this week have in store? Well, as in the title, we have wine, women, and song. If that expression sounds a bit outdated, let me explain: We have the wine boats, we have some live music and we have an American lady who has a big Tuesday night ahead of her. Exciting times, eh?
