One year ago, GDS.FM started with an all around the clock programme. We celebrated their successful crowd funding with a great party, and enjoyed their sound the last 365 days. This Friday they return to Stall 6 to celebrate their first anniversary. If their party last year is anything to go by, I wouldn’t miss it for anything. Especially as they had one year to tune their tunes. If you need more reasons for a good night out – your entry helps them to continue creating one of the best radio programmes for Zurich. Eating and socialising are two sides of the same coin. If you like to cook and meet new people then I have something for you. Viva con Agua Zurich & Rudi Rockt invite to a delicate event: The Running Dinner. You enrol as a pair, cook your best dish, explore two other kitchens, enjoy a three course meal and get to know the other chefs. It’s all about enjoying great food and having a good time while doing a good deed. The after party takes place at Stall 6. You have to enrol until Friday at noon; afterwards Rudi Rockt will send you your personal route through Zurich’s kitchen.
Saturday, all around Zurich 

Flea markets and vintage sales are great to discover treasures you never knew you needed but that make you happy nonetheless. This Saturday, you get the chance to find some new - well vintage - clothes, shoes, accessories, furniture and even bicycles at Enfant terrible. A nice bar and café where several designers present their collections. If you find nothing your heart desires there is still music and drinks to be enjoyed. Or you head to Idaplatz where De Mes Amis opens a new pop-up store to show their current spring and summer collection.

April is an odd month. After days filled with sunshine we can find ourselves in the middle of a grey no-mans-land. My tips try to smooth things along, but if they don't work then how about a little hypnotic, chilled-out oblivion: Eternia. At Dynamo 5 djs will be playing a selection of the chillingest tunes around covering genres as diverse as chillwave, shoegaze and witchhouse. And if you need a helping hand to send you on your way, two video artists will be ready to blur your reality with visuals beamed in directly from the dark side of the mind.

A kitchen where vegetables play the main part, a place where plates are filled with flavour, a venue where a friendly staff serves beautiful dishes. That’s Marktküche. The restaurant right next to Bäckeranlage doesn’t use any animal products and the result is innovative food such as the blue potato gratin served with fresh herbs, mushrooms and foam. A lovely combination where you won’t even think of meat. Their deserts are also wonderful. I don’t have a sweet tooth but I still remember the taste of the cheese cake melting on my tongue.
