    Another week, another new restaurant. It really is fantastic to have so many new restaurants to sample. This weeks offering is the new vegan/vegetarian ramen place, Hikari which is located in between Bahnhof Wiedikon and Schmiede Wiedikon. The menu features Japanese classics such as Gyoza, Soba and of course, Ramen and is part of the chain of restaurants that include Ikoo , Miki and Mori . I’m looking forward to paying a visit.
