- incorporates a lot of energy and confidence boost
- targets a lot of muscle groups. This helps maintain posture and improves balance.

If you cannot dance in heels, don‘t worry, barefoot is also fine!

Just wanted to suggest a fun activity for tomorrow Monday 29. There will be a special Free Afro Dance Fitness class! Just dancing and working out to Afrobeats! I love Afrobeats music, this sounds so fun. Also a good way to connect with likeminded people. Who wants to join?
