Kauz has been open for 11 years this week Friday and Saturday they are celebrating. Hard! Friday nights affair is going to be a relatively sedate affair but Saturday promises a party that will continue right the way through until the wee hours of Monday morning. A wine ship? That sounds fantastic! Where do i board? For the next two weeks Zurich is hosting the Zürcher Weinschiffe , a festival of wine on the boats of the Zurisee fleet.
