    Dance and meditation for spontaneous participants

    Mudra Mantra Mandala - Three keys that can reveal the secret of dance to you. We stimulate healing energy, which has a positive effect on the individual, gives encouragement to the group and radiates into its environment.

    We practise with both free and set movement. We explore the interplay of body and mind in mudras, learn simple step sequences to mantras we sing and dance mandala dances in group formation with live music. Incl. spinning dance ceremony The MMM seminar can also be attended without prior participation in the first module.
