• Over the course of four, in-person, monthly sessions we create a space in which you can truly appreciate where you are today in your wonderful journey, assess what is working well and what not so well, and be guided to identify your own needs, solutions and visions.
    Each session touches on a different but complementary aspect of our life experience: work, love, rest and play. The focus is on developing ways to achieve and maintain a life in which we thrive, and rooting them on kindness, confidence and wellbeing.
