Tuesday: Glasgow Rockers «The Twilight Sad» Hit Bogen F

It has been ten years since The Slow Show released their debut album, but to me it feels more like a decade. Anyway, the Manchester band are celebrating this anniversary with a special show at Kaufleuten this coming Tuesday.

I seem to write about a lot of Tuesday night gigs. There always seems to be something going on at the smaller venues in town, and this week is no different as Glasgow post-punk/indie rockers The Twilight Sad visit Bogen F.

What are they like? Vocalist James Graham describes them as «folk music with layers of noise», which is a description I personally love. Don’t delay getting a ticket, though. They are already close to selling the final few.

Marty Supreme was bought out across the winter which stopped us all rushing out onto Zurich’s streets to try and replicate his exploits. But as the weather warms up we can get back into our favourite after work activity. There’s a perfect table whether you like a view or need a cold libation afterwards.
