At least we now know why Obama would come to Zurich by public transport: he's black, healthy and sober...

and if you are colourblind? wd u or shld u care?

Hello Mary Jane
it's very simple, the white ones are for white people, yellow for all with hepatitis and the blue ones are for drunks. If you're neither one of those then you're one of the lucky ones who can park whereever they want.
Cheers
Rob

Dear Mary Jane
Fact is, don't park on yellow lots, they are reserved for taxis, mailcars and stuff or are no parking lots at all.
White lots are just plain ordinary parking lots you have to pay for and are mostly limited to e.g. 2 hour parking or something
Blue lots are neighbourhood parking areas, meaning that you can buy a parking card for a year if you live in the area (depending on your area code). With this card you can park everywhere in your area for no additional fee and leave your car on the lot for as long as you like.
In all other areas you may park on blue parking lots for an hour and a half, but you need what we call "Parkscheibe". A device where you show when you arrived. So that you can be fined if you stay too long.
