SCAM ALERT X2: After confirm with HomeAway and Airbnb this two scam trying I want to alert everybody what this people is doing. I hope nobody get cheated at least by these to scammers.

Hello,
First of all, many thanks for your interest in my apartment in Rindermarkt 12 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, 2 rooms 42 m²
I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Switzerland, but now she is back home, so I rent the place for an unlimited time.
Before we go further, I would like to know a little about you, how many people you want to live in the apartment, when to move in and how long.
The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, furnished and renovated. The additional costs (cold / warm water, electricity, wireless broadband internet, digital TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are included in the rent, you have a parking space.
The rent is CHF800 / month. The deposit is CHF1000 and you will get it back if you decide to leave the apartment (please inform me at least 30 days before your departure so I can find a new tenant).
As for me, you can be sure that I will never ask you to leave the flat. My daughter is building her life here, and I'm too old to move to Switzerland, so we're not going to bother you in any way.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you have access to a very large and well-ventilated basement where you can store my furniture.
Now a little bit about myself, so we can get to know each other better. My name is Evelien Gallegos and I'm 56 years old. I work for the Spanish government (Madrid Ministry of the Interior in Madrid) and plan to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a nice husband, Armando Gallegos and a 26 year old daughter, Sofia. I am very proud that I will become a grandmother soon :). Another member of our family is an 8 year old Labrador whom we all love, so I have no problem keeping pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job does not allow me to leave Madrid whenever I want, so I hope you are serious, because I have to fly to you to make all the necessary arrangements.

Hello,
The apartment is available from now and you can move and stay in there how long do you want. I am not coming back in there.
You can imagine that the fact that I was leaving for there make me to find a solution to rent it, so I find a company that will delivery the keys for me.
Certainly you will have to see the apartment before discussing further details because you cannot rent an apartment that you haven't seen. I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see if it suits your needs.
The delivery for the keys and lease agreement, will be made through HomeAway real estate agency (https://www.fewo-direkt.de) to make sure that we can trust each other. This is a international rentals company which offer safe rentals solutions in more than 190 countries. More information on this company can be found at (https://www.fewo-direkt.de/)
You will have to deposit to HomeAway two months rent + one month deposit( this will be the rent for the last month), a total of 1500 CHF, all bills included. You don't need to open an account with HomeAway because this transaction is a long term rental transaction and the Landlord must open the transaction but you need to have online banking option activated on your bank account.
Here is the procedure explained :
1 - To start the process all I need is your full info (full name, shipping address and a cell phone number where you can be reached)
2 - I will deposit the keys and the contract on your name as the intended receiver.
3 - HomeAway will check the package to see if everything is in order and also the legal papers that will come along with the keys and proof of ownership with their Real Estate Professional Department. They will also confirm with the building management that I'm the legal owner of the apartment I'm renting to you.
4 - HoweAway will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the keys and the papers in their custody. They will also send you all the payment instructions to complete the rental transaction.
5 - At this point you will have to make a money deposit on the HomeAway for the amount we agreed.
6 - After you make the deposit you will have to send payment details to HomeAway.
7 - HomeAway will verify the transfer and if everything is in order they will start the delivery through licensed shipping company such as DHL or UPS. The delivery will take 2-3 business days.
8 - After you receive the package, you will go and check the apartment and in 5 business days (inspection time) you must contact HomeAway to inform them if you keep the apt or not, if everything is in order you will inform HomeAway to forward the funds to my account. If you don`t like the apartment the payment will be full refunded to you. HomeAway can NOT release the funds without your approval. Also the inspection time of 5 days will start from the moment you will be at the building.
Using HomeAway Online Payments involves three parties: me as owner, you as a potential tenant and HomeAway as a responsible third party authorized to handle this transaction. HomeAway Online Payments works the same way as the escrow account on which you place the deposit when you rent an apartment. Of course, nobody can take that money until you will sign the lease agreement.
You need to know everything about the process before we get this started. I think is right for both of us.
