I am renting one room in a big and all new 3-room apartment in Freiestrasse in the nice and quite Hottingen-Quartier, two walking minutes away from the museum and from the oldtown Niederdorf and 7 walking minutes to Bellevue and stadelhofen-station. Your big room is furnished with a “flötotto” waredrope, a big desk and a 1,40m-bed. Additional furniture from your side is possible. It would be rented from mid of November on or however it’s fitting for you.
You as a potential tenant would share the apartment with me, an architect and open minded person.
I am searching for someone like-minded, who will appreciate the aparment with its design and its furniture.
The apartment consists of a living room with combined dining space, a spacious entré, an all new and well equipped kitchen, an all new bathroom with walk-in-shower, and two sleeping rooms. There is also a cosy balcony at the livingroom, as well as a second small balcony in the kitchen, which both can be used.
