Rent a room in a 4.5 rooms apartament in Zürich
Hello everyone!!! Unfortunately, our housemate will be leaving us soon, so we are looking for a new person to share the WG with us starting from November 15 (also available before)!

The flat is situated in a very central location, between the Wiedikon district and Albisriederplatz. There are two bus stations right in front the building and the Tram-stations of Hubertus and Thalwiesenstrasse are 7 minutes’ walk away. And for those who like to do their daily shopping, the flat is above a COOP supermarket.
The apartment has all the comforts: A large open space with kitchen, dining/living area, two bathrooms (one of them dedicated to the washing machine with tumble dryer), Wintergarden and a large cellar.

The communal spaces are already furnished. But the room will be unfurnished.

The monthly rent is 1124 CHF (additional cost included) plus 100 (+/-) CHF of Internet / Electricity / Weekly cleaning service.

You will be sharing the flat with an architect and a tech consultant: Jose (29 - PT) and Andrei (27 - RO). We are both easy going people and we respect individual space but also value a chat/drink in the evenings after work. In the flat we speak mainly English and a bit of German. You can also have the occasion to learn some Portuguese and Romanian.
