Okay, lets do a "Pollen Energy-drink" - ideal for active athletes and people who master mental and physical efforts.

500g fresh forest fruits or her juice
200g honey
150g fresh or frozen pollen

Add the forest fruits or their juice to a glass, then mix the pollen and finally the honey. Mix well and keep in a refrigerator.
1-3 tsp of the mixture daily, at least 30 minutes before the meal.

Warning: Only small quantities of the energy drink can be produced, since the mixture can ferment and then is no longer edible.
